Refund and Returns Policy

Booking Cancellation

  • A full refund of the deposit is provided if the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more before the arrival date.
  • If the cancellation is made 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at maria@mar-ria.com or call +351 934 051 550.
The cancellation will be confirmed once we respond with written confirmation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of €250 is required upon arrival and will be collected in cash.
The deposit will be refunded in full at check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition after inspection.

If the check-out is outside of reception hours or refund is not possible on-site, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 15 days. 

Additional Notes

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM
  • The refundable deposit does not cover additional services such as breakfast, cleaning, or laundry. These services are non-refundable once provided.
