Fuseta has two beaches. One on the mainland, and the other on Ilha da Fuseta, a barrier island accessible by boat. The ferry takes about 5 minutes and costs €2.20 (return ticket). The island is quiet, wide, and ideal for swimming in generally calm, and clear water.

A Taste of Local Life
